What inspires us is that the art of fine eating and drinking is universal and knows no boundaries. Regardless of the language and culture, enjoying fine cuisine can be learned. Sooner or later in life, people come to it.

A  succession of particularly edifying experiences ultimately results in enhanced appreciation, and a love affair with the art may soon follow. 

At one time or another, we all succumb to the charm of fine dining.

It all begins with the instinctive attraction and familiarity of the every-day kitchen. Then comes the thrill of weekend gourmet cuisine.  And finally, the growing desire for more opportunities and occasions to enjoy exciting fine cuisine.

Sitting around a well set table, a mount-watering dish and a noble wine, we can lower our guard, become more human, sensitive and open to exchanges and dialogue.  It is simply magical!

Four words that describe Véronique and her cuisine wonderfully.

Not only does Véronique love Life, but she knows how to benefit from it in a contagious manner. Cooking for her family and for her guests is a real pleasure for her. Veronique is always looking for new flavors and new cooking techniques. Her way of cooking is in constant evolution and she surprises us every time she shares it with us.

There are two ingredients which never fail in her kitchen: Love and Generosity. These ingredients are seen through her variety of dishes and through the explosions of flavors that leave us guessing a multitude of small details, meticulously set in place for the pleasure of our senses.

At Veronique, the food is simple and Authentic, without artificial flavors. It is a cuisine that emphasizes crisp and fragrant fruits and vegetables and premium meats.

There is not a more pleasant way to enjoy life than to sit at Véro’s table along with loving friends, in a distinguished but cheerful ambience and to offer our senses the pleasure of discovering the varied and genuine cuisine that she prepared with so much love.

SOMMELIER, PASSIONATE, INSATIABLE DESIRE TO SHARE

Twenty years ago, Jean-François was initiated into the pleasures of fine wine tasting by a co-worker that was also a wine enthusiast. This co-worker introduced him to the happiness of discovering a diversity of wines from all price ranges, from the most modest to the ‘Premiers Grands Crus’ from Bordeaux.

Quickly under the charm, Jean-François multiplied experiences and discoveries, traveling to France along with Véronique, with the sole objective of exploring Bordeaux and its prestigious appellations; Margaux, Pauillac, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Sauternes, Pomerol and Saint-Emilion.

He began to organize a series of themed tasting evenings for family, friends and colleagues; wines and fine cuisine, wine and cheese, beer and cheese, great wines, etc.

Constantly seeking to live more tasting experiences, during the last twenty years Jean-François has regularly visited many fine restaurants with notable wine cellars, both in Europe and North America.

Describing Jean-François without mentioning his Passion for good food and fine wine is impossible. He has an Insatiable desire to share both the joy of tasting a good bottle and the knowledge about the art and the science hidden behind those precious moments.

located in the heart of a luxurious

welcome you in the comfort of our

own dining room, as we do for our

own family and dearest friends.

7h00pm for the first service and
